Introduction
The experimental flotation column is a new type of equipment with high efficiency for exploring the mineral washability test. The test flotation column adopts a multi molecule material foaming device, and the micro bubbles generated have a high collision probability with mineral particles, so it has a good effect on the collection of fine minerals. It is worth mentioning that this test equipment can be used with other continuous beneficiation test equipment to conduct 24-hour continuous test.
Features
1. The bubbles in the column are fine and uniform, with large surface area. Under counter current conditions, they have more opportunities to contact with ore particles, eliminating the“ Short Circuit” Phenomenon, which is conducive to improving the flotation speed and recovery rate.
2. The foam cleaning system reduces the entrainment of foam impurities, improves the beneficiation enrichment ratio and improves the concentrate grade.
3. The adjustable air injection system can control the bubble size.
4. The foaming gun made of special materials has uniform foaming size and long service life.
