Beneficiation test of fine fluorite by micro bubble countercurrent contact flotation column
Fluorite, also known as fluorspar, is mainly composed of CaF2 with a relative density of 3.0 ‐ 3.2. Fluorite is a common mineral, which is widely distributed. According to the statistics of the United States Geological Survey in 2015, the fluorite mineral resources identified globally are about 500 million tons, and the reserves identified are about 250 million tons. China's fluorite reserves rank the third in the world, second only to South Africa and Mexico. As a strategic non-metallic raw material, fluorite is widely used in chemical industry, building materials, ceramics, metallurgy and other fields. Yunnan Gejiu flotation column project commissioning completed
Gejiu Zhongxin Metal Resources Co., Ltd. has purchased a set of 1.0 * 10 m flotation column in our company. The installation and commissioning have been completed. At the beginning of May, Gejiu Zhongxin Metal Resources Co., Ltd. signed a flotation column procurement contract with our company. The specification and model of the flotation column purchased were 1.0 * 10 m. With the joint efforts of the whole company, the flotation column was successfully loaded and shipped on May 24, and technicians were assigned to the site to guide the installation of the equipment.

Installation and commissioning of Chenzhou Xinyuan Mining Experimental Column
In April, the company organized after-sale personnel for beneficiation process and automatic control to Chenzhou Xinyuan Mining for test, installation and commissioning, and carried out on-site small-scale industrial test on Xinyuan fluorite mine. The column specification is 150 * 3000mm, and the test index is expected.
