High mixing intensity, no settling tank, high slurry suspension, and guide cone at the bottom of the tank to eliminate mixing“ Dead Corner”, Avoid particle deposition and stacking, which can be used for ore density≥ 3.0t/m3, pulp concentration 30— 50% high concentration pulp mixing; The material (pulp) enters the conical spinning drum from the upper side of the tank to mix with the agent added from the tank top for preliminary mixing, and then enters the tank center. After mixing, the material (pulp) is discharged from the upper overflow weir to prevent the material from“ Short Circuit”, At the same time, the agent can get full effect on the material surface.

 

 

Features

Compared with domestic general mixing tanks, the main technical features of high efficiency mixing tanks are:

(1) High efficiency. The unique fluid flow path design enables the slurry in the tank to circulate up and down according to the W-shaped flow path, and the solid particles in the slurry are fully dispersed. Cooperate with the unique reagent adding device to evenly and fully disperse the reagent in the pulp, accelerate the effect of the reagent, and thus reduce the consumption of the reagent.

(2) Low energy consumption. The mixing tank is optimized with a new type of low energy consumption matching cylinder, mixing impeller, deflector and baffle plate. Compared with the domestic general mixing tank, the power consumption per unit volume is reduced by 1/4— 1/3.

(3) Low wear. It can effectively extend the overall service life of the equipment. Under the same impeller material, the service life of the impeller can be increased by more than 6 times. If it is lined with wear-resistant rubber, it can be increased by more than 10 times.

(4) High strength, no sink, high slurry suspension, especially suitable for ore density ge; 3t/m3 slurry mixing.

(5) Easy to maintain. The parts are easy to disassemble, manufacture and maintain.

(6) The reducer with German famous brand is maintenance free, which extends the service life of shaft and bearing.
